HERON Attendance

Heron is fully compliant with Slovak and Czech legislation (other countries coming – just contact us), GDPR and company guidelines. Automated checks will prevent you from entering more leave than you are entitled to/prevent from planning working hours without a mandatory break/prevent from causing other chaos and headaches for the HR department.

But watch out – you won’t mess with Heron’s look, we protect it! 🙂 Our TULIP Heron looks unique, and it will stay that way. But each employee can arrange the individual sections of the system on the home screen according to importance and “pin” the most frequently used absences (the vacation traveler, the hypochondriac, and the parent with a kindergartener have different reasons for obstacles at work).

TULIP Heron has multi-factor (yeah, that “favorite” pop up on mobile when logging in on PC). We all complain sometimes, but we don’t want our secrets stolen, do we? You will have information about illnesses or vacations in Heron, maybe even payslips, and your employer must protect this data. So, you can’t get rid of multifactor in Heron either.

TULIP Heron is cloud-based, so all attendance is entered online. You won’t be clocking-in anywhere with a card and definitely not with a fingerprint. We do not install any hardware anywhere, each employee simply sets a password and immediately works/records attendance.

We assume that you need to create an absence request on a sick day with a fever. We know that you don’t go anywhere without your mobile phone. Therefore, commuting via TULIP Heron can be used on any device. Throw on the sick leave with just 3 clicks and then calmly sweat out the fever under the duvet.

You no longer have to write emails to your boss when you want a vacation. Create the request in the TULIP Heron and they will receive an automatic notification with a request to approve. If they do, you’ll also get a notification and it’s done, you can travel. The company will have proper error-free evidence for wage calculation.

You can see the team’s vacations, approve attendance with one click, and it’s not a problem to have teams in different countries. You can also delegate your rights and responsibilities to another colleague if you are on vacation or you are the busy director.
