Since December 2018, TULIP has been providing its services to MOL Czech Republic, beginning with the exchange of payroll documents in partnership with Accace, MOL’s payroll processor. In 2020, employees started using our module for attendance records through TULIP and since then, the collaboration has expanded to include a comprehensive range of HR services.
Today, the TULIP portal serves as a centralized hub for managing employee attendance, business trips—including approval processes and settlements—and onboarding new hires. The onboarding process is fully digitalized, enabling new employees to complete their documentation and generate employment contracts with ease from the comfort of their homes. This innovation has significantly streamlined the administrative workload for both employees and the HR department.
