However, our clients, especially those who use TULIP for time and attendance management are going through changes, so they asked us to cooperate with adjustments in TULIP platform, so they can continue with easy attendance management in TULIP.

Which upgrades have we made in TULIP?
See these 4 creative solutions from our clients:
- Clients with limited numbers of home offices asked us to turn off the limits of home offices or temporarily raise the amount
- Some clients asked for new special attendance request type – special home office, that will be deactivated after the end of COVID-19 pandemic. The reason of this change is not to mess with regular internal absence statistics
- Retail clients: Employees need to request Obstacles on the employer side- public interest. It is a request type with 100% salary refund, which didn’t exist in TULIP until now
- Doctor visit confirmation: Client, whose employees scan their doctor visit confirmations to the request in TULIP, asked us to change the request, so employees don’t have to (and shouldn’t) visit their doctors, just add an affidavit.
This situation is unexpected and serious. It challenges us on every level. COVID-19 will have a huge impact on global economy. However, many companies can still operate even in this situation. It’s thanks to their industry, properly set up internal processes and digitalisation. Companies that can afford to provide home office work for their employees could be the lucky ones that will be resistant against recession that will come soon.
