Fpt Slovakia is the Slovak branch of the global company FPT Software, ranked among the TOP 100 IT outsourcing companies in the world. The company specializes in software development, SAP system implementation, and IT services in the fields of energy, e-mobility, and smart homes. It employs over 400 IT professionals in Slovakia.
Fpt Slovakia has been working with the TULIP platform since 2014. Over time, its use of TULIP has evolved from a simple tool for sharing payroll documents to a comprehensive platform for managing HR and accounting processes.
These services are not used solely by the Slovak branch – Fpt’s subsidiary in the Czech Republic also fully utilizes the same modules.
Digitalization of HR processes
The partnership between Fpt and TULIP began with the digital distribution of payroll documents. Gradually, additional modules were introduced:
- Attendance registration – Employees in both Slovakia and the Czech Republic record their attendance digitally, significantly easing the HT department’s workload.
- Integration with attendance monitoring system – TULIP connects with an external monitoring system, allowing employees to view their arrivals and departures in real time.
- Business trip and expenses reporting – Employees can easily report business trips and other expenses throughout the year.
- Payslip distribution – Each employee has secure access to an archive of their payslips.
Support for Accounting processes
TULIP also functions as a central tool for managing accounting operations:
- OCR and invoice digitization – Incoming invoices are automatically processed by the system.
- Document approval – Approval workflows are configured according to the client’s needs, allowing for flexible involvement of various management levels.
- Order creation and invoice matching – The entire process takes place directly within TULIP, eliminating the need for additional tools.

- The attendance module has been in use since 2014 for nearly 400 employees in Slovakia and 38 employees in the Czech Republic, along with the payslip distribution module (data as of April 2025).
- Since 2014, the business trip management module has registered 6,635 trips for Fpt Slovakia and 811 business trips for Fpt Czech by April 2025.
- From 2014 to April 2025, a total of 41,818 payslips for Fpt Slovakia and 2,488 payslips for Fpt Czech have been distributed via TULIP.
