As part of our employee satisfaction assessments, we participate in the so-called SocioRating evaluation. This is an anonymous survey that measures a company’s level of innovation, trust, identification, satisfaction, and responsibility from the perspective of its employees. Our last measurement took place in 2021, so it was time for a new one. Despite changes in our team since then, we’re proud to share that we’ve once again achieved the highest possible score: the A+ certificate.

We’re pleased to see that colleagues from across all teams rated TULIP highly in every category — including identification with the company, approach to innovation, satisfaction, responsibility, and trust.
An impressive 85% of our employees completed the anonymous survey.
The result? An A+ certification — an evaluation that reflects the following:
This is an organization with strong social potential. Employees demonstrate a high level of identification with the company, understand its goals, align with its direction, and are motivated to contribute to achieving its objectives.

The highest scores went to the area assessing leadership style, followed by health and dignity protection. We won’t share the lowest-scoring area (although it was still above average) — we’re already working to improve it .
The survey also highlighted the top three reasons why our colleagues enjoy working at TULIP:
-
Workplace atmosphere and team relationships
-
Interesting and engaging work
-
Working conditions and environment
