COVID-19: Announcement for our clients and business partners

In the light of the current ongoing situation, we would like to ensure our colleagues, clients and partners that TULIP Solutions (and whole Accace Group) is taking all necessary precautions and steps to secure safety and security of our colleagues as well as service continuity; despite the potential effects of the corona virus outbreak.

Dedicated team to monitor the situation

As we do not underestimate the potential risks, we established a team who is constantly monitoring the current status of the COVID-19 outbreak in all countries we operate in, and thanks to their research and observations we can guarantee that we are acting based on recommendations and regulations of the local government and health organizations.

Remote communication and home office

In these times, we would like to ask our clients and partners for their patience and understanding, as we postponed all personal meetings and restricted travelling for everyone’s personal safety. To protect our employees, we have distributed all the necessary equipment to provide them a convenient environment for working from home. The tools and technology we use enable us to maintain the work and services we provide without any harm on quality or continuity, even of such sensitive areas as IT security.

Business continuity and security

Our business continuity plan has been developed according to ISO 9001, ISO 27001 quality and system security certificates. The plan has successfully passed all tests, proving that TULIP Solutions is ready for all scenarios that might occur without any undesirable effects on the level of service provision or mutually established schedules.

We keep providing support and data extraction

Our scanning center in Brno is providing service in limited mode, however, this change does not affect data extraction via OCR in TULIP Accounting platform. So, we keep providing data extraction service in adequate quality.

We want to emphasize that you can still contact our support department anytime via email address support@tulipize.com or via module Hotline directly in TULIP platform.

Considering the safety measures implemented, we ensure that TULIP Solutions continues all operations smoothly while our team remains available for your enquiries, questions or discussions as usual.
